Tooth?

Seems as though Emma may be getting her first tooth, on the bottom. Pretty exciting....she hasn't fussed yet much which is nice!

Uncle Steve has lost his mind

It is official based on the his posting abilities on this blog that Uncle Steve has lost his mind!!

Emma is loving cereal!

When we first started feeding Emma cereal she would make faces, turn her head, and not eat much. The last couple of times we have fed her cereal she can't seem to get enough and practically eats the bowl!

The doc gave us the ok to give Emma cereal...she thinks it tastes funny but she will get used to it. 

Emma is rolling over 360 degrees

Emma can go from front to back and back to front!!

Emma's 4 month stats

Emma went for her 4 month check-up today. She got 4 shots which didn't make her happy. She weighed in at 17lbs/12 ounces and measured 27 inches long. Both measurements are in the 97th percentile so she is still a BIG girl (or as Tasha says "healthy").

Emma is rolling over

Emma has reached another milestone...she is rolling over. She can go from her back to her stomach. She hasn't figured out how to get back over but it's a start!! She is also almost able to pull her feet into her mouth. Not exactly something that we are jumping for joy over but it is a good sign. She loves to grab her feet which makes changing her diaper a little more challenging.

What are you looking at?

Things with Emma are good. We are having some sleeping issues and have to employ a "cry it out" method. It is hard on us but seems to be working. She is getting big. We go in for her 4 month check up in the next couple of weeks. Becki will be coming in for a visit...she hasn't met Emma yet so it should be a great visit. Tasha and I are about to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and we will spend a lovely evening on the coast while grandma baby-sits.
