Today Tasha and I had to make the horrible drive to the vet to have our dog Misty put to sleep. She was nearly 18 and had a long, good life. Between being deaf, nearly blind, and unable to control her pee/poop she needed to have her suffering stopped.

I am so sorry to hear about Misty-but-she was loved very much and she did have a good life. I know the sadness you feel but if she was suffering-you did the right thing.

JR and Tasha, so sorry to hear about Misty - we know what important members of the family our pets are and are sorry for your loss, but as you said, she is no longer suffering and is in a better place. We are thinking of you!
